Product is sold by volume.  4 oz jars weighs:  2.5 oz / 5 oz jar weighs 3 oz of product.  Bear in mind this is a whipped product and exposure to hot areas and direct sunlight will cause product to deflate.  This will not hinder the product benefits but will change its appearance.
