Order Processing Times

All of our body butters, soaps, and skincare products are handcrafted with care.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

During high-volume times (holidays), processing may extend to 7–10 business days.  The website will be updated to indicate extended processing times.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders within the United States using USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS First Class Mail: 3–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total order weight
  • Destination
  • Carrier service selected

Any free-shipping promotions will apply automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  You can also view your order status at any time through your Shopify account.

Warm Weather / Cold Weather Disclaimer

Many of our items contain natural oils and butters that may soften or melt in transit during warm weather. This especially pertains to body butters.

If your product melts:

  • Place it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to allow it to re-solidify.  Melting does not affect product quality.
    Feels Like Heaven Body Butters & Soaps is not responsible for weather-related melting.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

Feels Like Heaven Body Butters & Soaps is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • Re-shipping fees if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

If your order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned as Delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

If your package is lost or delayed, please:

  1. Contact USPS/UPS to file a claim

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at heavenly_butters@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will assess damages and determine the appropriate solution (i.e. refund or replacement).
